1. Not Affiliated with Strava
Activityprint is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Strava Inc. Any references to “Strava” are purely for functional interoperability with the Strava API. All trademarks, service marks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Data Usage & Privacy
- We do not store or retain any raw activity data retrieved via the Strava API.
- When you connect your Strava account, we temporarily use your selected activity data to generate a custom visualization.
- The generated map images are stored on our servers for approximately 30 days to allow for re-download and order processing. After that, they may be deleted without notice.
- We do not share or sell any user data with third parties.
- No personally identifiable information is retained unless explicitly submitted by the user for support or refund requests.
3. Poster & Frame Fulfillment
- All physical product orders (e.g., posters, frames) are fulfilled by an independent third-party provider.
- Any questions, concerns, or refund requests related to shipping, product quality, damage, or order status must be directed to the fulfillment provider listed in your order confirmation.
- We are not liable for delays, damages, or errors in delivery caused by third-party fulfillment services.
4. Refunds
- Digital purchases (e.g., digital image downloads) are eligible for refund in case of technical issues or processing errors. Please contact: hello@activityprint.app within 7 days of your purchase.
- Physical goods must be addressed directly with the fulfillment partner. We cannot process refunds for physical products.
5. Usage Terms
- To not reverse engineer or resell any part of the application.
- To use the service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted.
- That availability and performance may vary based on Strava’s API access or service changes.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Inaccuracies in visualized maps due to incorrect or incomplete activity data.
- Delays or failures in delivery from third-party providers.
- Downtime, rate limiting, or other service limitations imposed by Strava.
Use of our service is at your own risk. The service is provided “as is” and without warranty.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the service implies agreement with the latest version.
